REQUIRE MY DOCTOR - WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I recently got a bill from my doctor and it obviously states that I need a client ID to complete the payment. However, I can't seem to discover this ID anywhere. I've examined my documentation thoroughly but it's just not there. Does anyone guide me on how to obtain this client ID so I can settle my balance? Pay for Your Doctor with Veradigm Ve
